Drawing Machines

Hydraulic wire drawing machine is mainly used for grinding rollers of flour mills, feed mills, oil mills and wineries, grinding and wire drawing of crushing rollers of crushers. After a period of wear and tear of the crushing roller, the teeth will be blunt. In order to restore the openness of the roller surface, it mast be polished or finely turned with a lathe before wire drawing. It is necessary special equipment for grease processing enterprises.

The hydraulic wire drawing machine is mainly composed of a bed, a workbench, a wire drawing mechanism ,a grinding machanism, an operating machanism , a hydraulic system ,and an electrical system. Both the grinding wheel and the tool holder are perpendicular to the stable surface, which can increase the stablility of the workpiece during operation. Therefore, the operation is convenient, flexible and safe to use.
