Basic configuration ：whole closed structure. Both side are with heat dissipation network. round bearing base .front and back door plate can be opend , easy to be cleaned .Both sides of bottom have material receiving port ,easy to observe the effect of material.
Roller：The high Ni Cr Mo alloy roll is poured by German centrifuge ,the hard layer is uniform. Rolls are dynamically balanced
Pulley： The imported belt tightening process is adopted for the belt pulley
Hydraulic system ：the high-efficiency and energy-saving intermittent hydraulic pump station ensures the stable operation of the equipment.(The spring flaking mill does not includ this item)
Equipment base ：the base is welded steel ,which is quenched and tempered to eliminate internal stress and ensure that the base is not deformed
Leak proof device：leakage proof material by pinnacle baffle
Scraper system：Easy to clean up the materils attached to the roller .The blade can be removed and adjusted .
Tight-roll function:hydraulic tighten roller （suit for hydraulic flaker ）；spring tighten roller （suit for spring flaker ）
